Dropped off an expensive pair of leather boots to have simple repair-made arrangements to pick them up later that afternoon (in 3 hours) but when I went to get them, store closed, doors locked and no one would answer the phone for several days. Dogs were always barking in the window, so someone was around. She never gave me a pick up slip, so how am I supposed to prove which boots are mine? I am not happy....
