This is truly a great place; we received very fast service, and the prices are genuinely affordable. I don’t understand why people have given this shop a low rating.
The gentleman working there is Asian Uncle and very attentive. Personally, I really liked this shoe repair shop located next to the Claire’s store inside Willowbrook Mall, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Wow
I called to see if they were able to repair a zipper on my backpack and at first I was hung up on. So I called back and was immediately met with a rude and completely unprofessional man on the other end. Needless to say I will not recommend anyone to this business.

Horrible is an understatement. Shoes arrived with a glossy, shiny finish. When I picked them up he painted them with flat, not shiny paint. The tongue of the shoe still shines while the rest of it is now flat…. If you can’t or don’t know how to do something, don’t accept the job!
Says he’s done shoe repair for 10 years and it’s his first time ruining a shiny finished shoe…
Easier to see in person but even the photo shows that the tongue of the shoe that used to have a completely different shine and gloss. Now is a different color/finish.

Reading all these 1-star reviews, but I didn’t have that experience at all. Sure they aren’t all smiley and chatty, but they get down to business and do the work just fine! Took 2 pairs of boots to be re-soled. Looks like one heel came right off, but they glued it back on no problems. Considering I was bringing $500 worth of boots (that I’ve had for 10+ years), the $60/each cost was cheaper than buying new boots (that you’d have to break in etc, which I hate because I have weird skinny & boney feet). Totally worth it, work done well and on time and no extra fees.

Rudest person ever... customer service skills are horrible shows no empathy towards your needs or cares about your belongings you're trying to repair and before I even got there I called too ask questions about what repairs they provide and they hung up the phone on me twice with out letting me finish. Very unprofessional people!!

Took a pair of boots in to re-soled, And wife told me to come back in 20 minutes as her husband was not there. I told her I couldn’t. Could I leave them for him to assess and I’ll pick them up tomorrow same time as I was talking she walked away from me and going back to another task. She said no and to bring them back tomorrow. I told her it would be the same time she said no I tried to explain this is the only time I could come and she just kept shaking her head. I guess they don’t want my business.
