I have never experienced customer service as bad as this. Not only was my boot not fixed but the owner is incredibly rude, and unprofessional.

I dropped one boot off to have a zipper repaired and was told to come back a month later to pick it up. I returned three months later to find my boot still hadn’t been fixed. When I asked for an estimate of how long I was told he didn’t know. I am understanding set backs happen but to not be notified it wouldn’t be done or even have any idea when it could be done is a unacceptable way to run a business.

Don’t take anything here if you want it finished within 6 months.

Instead, the existing zipper was fixed right on the spot and I was instructed on how to fix it in the future with no charge for my short visit. Bill is a baller!! He fixed my favourite very vintage leather purse. He gave me a ticket and said it would take a while because he was quite busy but phoned me back 20 minutes later and had it fixed perfectly! Shot caller!
