I've been going to Camillo for years for dry cleaning and alterations of all kinds. I've always enjoyed chatting with Camillo and he's taken very good care of me and my family.
Due to a medical condition, my legs have always been different lengths and over the years I've had surgeries that have changed how much a difference exists. Camillo has always been very patient and more than willing to take his time and do both legs and he's always done an excellent job. I can say that in that way, he's actually helped make my life easier as I've dealt with this condition for over 30 years now.
The service is always good, timely and the prices are on par with any other options in the area.

I was looking for someone who could shorten a belt and found two potential places that had overall good Google reviews. This one was closer to my home so I gave it a shot.
Joe, the owner, was hard at work at the back of the store when I arrived, and when I asked if he could shorten my belt, he asked if I could leave it for about 20 minutes, since he was busy. During our very short conversation, three additional customers came in (one to drop off dry cleaning, one asking for belt shortening, and one asking for a golf bag to be restitched). I allowed them to go before me since I still wanted to talk.
When the crowd had cleared, I took off my belt and showed how much I wanted removed. My belt uses a self-clamping mechanism (no screws), so the amount that I heard him quote to the other customer to do the job apparently would be more than the work required to work on my belt.
He took my belt, disappeared into the back of the shop and returned less than a minute later with my belt, and the piece that had been removed. I asked why he had brought back the cut piece, and he told me it was so that I could verify that I had cut off the right amount.
When I asked him what the cost was, he said it was no charge. Granted, I agreed it wouldn't have been worth what he regularly charges for a typical belt, I offered some payment, which he again refused. I finally insisted and left money on the counter.
Joe was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend him for his quality of work and good business ethics.
Update (March 1, 2024): It really sucks that I cannot add a new review. Anyway, I've been successful at losing weight (the reason why I came here earlier to get my belt modified). Now, I've lost enough weight that I needed my older clothes to be tailored to take in the waist and reduce the "loose fabric" in the butt and upper thigh area. OMG, what a difference a tailor can make in your wardrobe. These off-the-rack clothes fit pretty well even when new (when I was heavier). Now, that they've been tailored, you'd never know they started out 2 sizes too big for my current weight. I'll be bringing him more of my oversized clothes, since having them tailored still will cost me less than replacing my wardrobe. I have a closet full of pants and suits that are way too large. I wonder just how far Joe's magic can go in rescuing some of these tents (I mean super-large suits). Joe still deserves 5+ stars for his quality and pricing. I've added before/after photos to this review to show his work (I tried to place the white ruler just below the bottom of the pocket in both photos).

Alterations/shoe repair. Utilized the shoe repair portion. Simple quick repair. Item ready on date promised. No issues. I would return. It appears to be a one person shop and is not a rushed environment. Very pleasant to deal with. Ample parking in the adjacent free parking lot. They are located next to M&M s in the little strip mall plaza on west side of road. I do not believe the door is handicap accessible.

Been using this service for quite some time now and have always been happy until yesterday. Picked up shirts that had been dry cleaned and one had been visibly burned and had a tear in it. Told me that I must have brought it in that way

Hard to find a shoe repair place anywhere anymore! I was so happy to find this place and they did a great job. A little pricey for dry cleaning but very happy overall!
