Finding a new repair place, all the employees act like assembly line workers, no politeness, charged me in advance for 2 heels repaired, plopped them on the counter and said bye, boots are ruined, don't know how they managed to ruin them but they're garbage now, sadly I spent $70 boot shopping it is!
