I wish I could give them seven stars out of five.
This is my third pair from Zapato Sanchez; I'm already planning the fourth. Bespoke, top quality, magnificent materials, gorgeous designs. The process is smooth, especially once your measurements are on file. The service is superlative, professional, and engaging as you go through the designs and materials.
It's such a fabulous feeling to literally click into shoes that are made precisely to your measurements. And know that, like their predecessors, I will be wearing these for years.

My partner and I visited Custom Shoes by Zapato Sanchez in search of last-minute wedding shoes, and we were pleasantly surprised and lucky by the selection available in his size as it is a small custom shoe store. The two gentlemen in the store were incredibly attentive, taking the time to understand his preferences and ensuring he found the perfect match. They even went above and beyond to find a belt that coordinated beautifully and fit him just right taking the time to adjust it then and there, also adding an additional hole.
As a thoughtful touch, we were given a shoe polish to ensure the shoes would look their absolute best. We were truly impressed with the level of service we received and will definitely return for more shoes in the future.
The craftsmanship here is stunning, featuring unique styles alongside classic options. My partner was tempted to buy multiple pairs but decided to consider a custom option instead, which speaks volumes about the quality and appeal of their offerings.

What can I say?! Old fashioned service (with an old European flair) and with a smile at this fine establishment! I had left a pair of boots for repair last May and forgot about them until yesterday. Rodrigo responded immediately by phone to my email inquiry and was able to locate them using his comprehensive storage system. The work done on my boots was excellent and so I've left another pair with him. Hopefully, it won't be 9 months before I remember to pick them up!! Thank you Rodrigo!!!

I highly recommend Zapato Sanchez for beautiful, high quality, handcrafted shoes. In addition to selling shoes, they also offer a shoe making course, which I recently completed. Julio and Rodrigo are truly skilled artisans. They taught me each step of the shoe making process and showed me how to use various tools and pieces of equipment. This course helped me to appreciate the time and care Rodrigo and Julio put into each shoe they make. My shoes fit like a glove, are very comfortable and will no doubt last me many years... and not to mention they're incredibly stylish! Rodrigo and Julio are encouraging and supportive teachers. I considered myself very fortunate to learn from them and hear their stories of how they came to be in the shoe making business. If you enjoy making things, I totally recommend this course - it was such a fun way to spend Sunday mornings! If you simply enjoy wearing high quality, stylish shoes, Zapato Sanchez is definitely the place to go!

Previous experience was fine and my shoes were done properly. Although for my second pair their newer associate, a student messed up the instructions for my pair. Associate was tall, skinny and curly hair.At the beginning he already seemed unreliable. I specifically said not to cover the logo of my shoes and he said "dont worry we never cover the logo". The moment I get my shoes both logos were covered. I confronted the man that was working and we looked at what the previous associate wrote and he wrote the complete opposite of what we agreed on, the note said "cover the number and logo". So unprofessional and illiterate , how are you gonna mess up instructions for a pair of leather shoes worth over $1300. Unbelievable.

It's not everyday that you get to watch an artisan do what they do best – let alone learn from one! As soon as I heard about this course on TikTok, I knew I had to sign up and it was worth every penny.
I never realized how much technique there is to making shoes, from cutting out the patterns to even gluing on the soles. Rodrigo & Julio are perfectionists and masters of their craft and I felt like I learned something new every step of the way.
I'm excited for my boyfriend to wear his fancy new shoes and hear him reply "Thanks, my girlfriend made them" whenever he gets a compliment! I'm very proud of the final product and they fit perfectly. It was also interesting to see the unique shoes that other students were making – from custom dyed leather to custom embossments, there seemed to be no limit when it came to the designs (as long as you stuck to the same cut patterns, of course).
I would 100% recommend the shoemaking classes if you're looking for a unique hands-on learning experience!
