Stores such as this one hardly exist. I am glad I found this one. It will save many of my leather stuff.
Owned and ran by an Asian family. Nicely organized and pretty much all kinds of repair offered related to leather goods.
They also make keys and have batteries for wrist watches âď¸ .
Got myself a nice shoe brush ... now, I can shine my boots â¨ď¸

I took two things to be repaired by Joe. Unfortunately both times he did poor craftsmanship on both.
First was for my Naot sandals were the inside leather was worn causing chaffing. I thought he was going to glue new leather, make it look like what it did before. Instead he stitched the over my sandals, and did not tell me . And the stitches got loose after a few weeks...had to bring it back
The second were my favorite leather sandals. The rubber on the bottom was coming undone. Mostly leather sandal FYI. He replaced, cut off, all the leather and replaced with rubber sole. That sole is now cracked, peeling off, after less than a month of real usage.
Terrible service. Avoid at all costs.

I had just bought a pair of Uggs and the shoe place where I bought them told me to use the spray to protect them I didnât know that if you had nail polish on it would transfer. I managed it get the stain out however I left a bigger stain from the remover and other stuff I tried using. I didnât want to wreck them anymore so I went here ready to pay anything the guy there was kind and helpful he cleaned it with a special spray he did it for free. I will definitely come back here and pay for services in the future support local. Thank you đ Repair reuse reduce and recycle.

Joe's Shoe Repair did a really nice job repairing my footwear. I had the soles replaced on one pair of shows, and the heels on another. He also replaced a zipper on a cross-country ski boot. I'm impressed with the workmanship.

Joe is absolutely amazing. He can fix absolutely any problem you have.
I like wool slippers but after a year there is always a hole where my big toe lifts and I have to buy another pair.Joe solved my problem by putting a soft piece of leather, in each slipper, where I lift my big toe. Problem solved!
He then refinished the front suede on my husbandâs slippers that had all kinds of stains on them. They look like new!
I will always go back to Joe as he truly has a solution for any problem and his work is excellent.

This was my first time coming here. I had a really great experience with Joe, he was able to add zippers to a pair of boots and they looked absolutely flawless once they were done. He also fixed up two other pairs of boots. The turnaround was really quick too. I highly recommend coming here!

I had a tear in the front of one of my much-cherished Rockports shoe that I feared would not be repairable. However, thanks to Mustapha's high level of skill he was able to repair at a reasonable price which negated having to acquire another pair. Another time Joe provided me with a battery for my watch also at a reasonable price. I therefore strongly recommend this gem of a place!

Dropped in on a Saturday morning bc the Bludstones I was wearing were looking ROUGH. He treated them, cleaned them, polished them, and even replaced the missing tag on one of them in 20 minutes for less than $40!!! Can't thank him enough. My boots look brand new and I'm no longer embarrassed to wear them.
