Not Recommended for Handbag Repair

I visited this store for a replacement of my handbag’s exfoliated lining and was charged $350. I was really excited to pick it up since I love this handbag. However, I was extremely disappointed with the result.
Imagine you have an elegantly made robot with a rusty surface, and you want to make it shine again. Instead of a polished look, you get a surface replaced with cheap metal, with rough connections. It's no longer beautiful, and you feel guilty for what you’ve done to it, and you paid for it.
I pointed out areas that weren't treated properly, but the owner responded dismissively, saying, "You are not paying attention to how good it was done, but trying to look for issues, oh my god," and "Others would have paid me $400 for what I did."
I was disappointed not only with the result but also with the owner’s attitude. I expected my handbag to be restored as closely as possible to its original state, or at least to look decent. Proper sewing is a basic expectation, and even that was not met.
If the repair was too challenging, I would have appreciated being told upfront. That way, I wouldn't have paid so much, and my handbag would have remained in its original condition.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this store for handbag repair, and I won't be returning due to the owner's unprofessional attitude.

Just been screwed up with this dishonest guy . Cheat with price and gave me both pairs of shoes without being glued properly. Don’t go there he is a thief .Charged me 80 dollars to glue 2 pairs of shoes . Never ever go there . He will ruin your day and steal your money .

While Sam is a very nice man, the quality of work I received was bad.
I requested simple heel caps and they were installed poorly. The nails aren't hammered in all the way there is a jap between the sole and the cap. I will likely have to spend money elsewhere if I can't fix this myself.

Outstanding service, price, quality and turnaround.
Dropped off my 6 year old Blundstones for new heels, repair and shine. I was about wear them for one more winter all scuffed up and looking rough but the boots didn’t look appropriate for wearing to the office anymore. Was about buy a new pair but these were so comfortable. Took them in for an overhaul. They came back brand literally brand new and still incredibly comfortable.
I would highly recommend.
My only regret is that I don’t have the before pictures.

I had a very good recent experience. I had 2 copies of a key made. At home, I found that these didn't go all the way into the lock. I brought them back and the proprietor tried to fix the original 2 copies and then also made 2 new copies at no extra charge. In the end, I had 3 working copies of my key for the same charge (1 of the fixed original copies and the 2 new copies). Hope that made sense!
