Excellent service nice people. The place is like stepping back in time I remember shoe repair shops like this when I was a kid, a very long time ago. Workmanship first rate. October 8,2020 Well once again Dan did an excellent job. One tool belt repaired two sets of boots repaired took them in at 10:00am Oct. 7 picked them up today ready to go, at a very competitive price. This is my go-to shoe skate sharpening est. Jack

A buckle of my fencing bag is broken, I get a new one but having no way to mount it on. I'm lucky enough to find out this repair shop, which the owner has the equipment and excellent skill to fix this. The part getting fixed is like new. Furthermore, I'm charged with a very reasonable fee. BTW, the gentleman is humours. Thank you!!

Great customer service the first time but not the second. I had my leather sandals repaired a couple years ago and was happy with the repair and the service. So when I needed the heel tips to be replaced I went back to the same place. I dropped the sandals a couple weeks before a fundraiser gala but he said they would be ready the following week. I went to pick them up and not only were they not repaired but he didn't know where they were. I looked at the pile of shoes on the counter and thought that they were lost. He did end up finding them and told me he would repair them and to come back before closing time. I came to pick them up and was happy that they were repaired. I put them in a bag, noticing that one of the straps was not closed but didn't think anything of it. Since it's winter, I took the bag into the car and decided to wear boots and put the sandals once I got there. Well I get to the gala location and that's when I find that the one strap was not closed because the small buckle was broken in half. I didn't have time to go back home but my sister found some super sticky tape and taped the strap, so that it was closed around my ankle and the sandal wouldn't fall off my foot. Today I went to see him and told him what happened and he said I broke it. I told him I was dissapointed because he's accusing me of breaking the buckle when he's the one that broke it. I reminded him that he's the one that closed both buckles when I dropped them off, so that the straps wouldn't get lost. He told me I broke the buckle but he could repair it. I said no and took my sandals. It tells a lot about a person's character. I know things can happen but at least admit it, so the person is aware of the problem. If you make a mistake, admit and apologize but don't accuse the person, knowing that you did it. I was happy with the service the first time but dissapointed the second time. If you go to have your leather shoes repaired, check them when you pick them up to make sure they're in the same condition you left them. Lesson learned and I'm not going there again.

Place was cluttered and small. Dusty and lets be honest dirty. I wasnt looking to eat there however and the service was prompt and friendly. I would recommend this place for any service however all I got was skates sharpened and the job was done right.
