He completely ruined my favorite pair of shoes by using black glue on my rose gold shoes. Drips everywhere and hard leather inside my heels. As I was taking pictures of my shoes, He came assaulted me & tried to steal my phone. I did get him on video. I had to call 911. I have also heard that he has been aggressive with at least 2 other customers when they questioned his horrible work. DO NOT go here.

The repair was solid, but not pretty. Glue was left on the outside of the soles, and the insoles weren't removed before the repair was done, and ended up getting glued into the boots. Attention to detail was lacking.
