I could not be happier with my decision of choosing this shop after loosing a heel on my favourite boots. The results are perfect and my vintage boots look brand new after a bonus clean and polish, the price was very reasonable, and the owner is incredibly friendly and personable. Good customer service is such a rarity these days but makes such a difference. Highly recommend this shop, I will definitely be back.

Wonderful little shop in the underground mall next to Vancouver City Centre station. I needed some extra holes punched in the strap of my Birkenstock Bostons and the guy working there was able to do it for me in all of 5 minutes! Very reasonable pricing of $5 for 5 holes so we did 2 holes per shoe. Now my clogs fit perfectly and aren’t loose and floppy anymore. Highly recommend 🙂

A Hidden Gem In Downtown Vancouver.
It was a stroke of luck to find Anthony; skilled cobblers are hard to come by these days. In addition to his expertise, he is also extremely kind and considerate to his customers. As a plus, his shop is conveniently located right downtown. If you love your beautiful shoes, you will want to bring them to Anthony.

Oh, yeah, he's good. These reviews don't lie. I've had a bunch of not good experiences searching for a shoe repair shop in this city, but I've finally found my place. It's a modest, small shop, run by Andrew, and he's your man. He's warm, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to do a little custom job for me. I'm super impressed with him, his forthrightness and honesty in recommendations of products, his undersell-overdeliver philosophy, and his taste level (we both lament the loss of genuine leather in the world). Plus, he kind of reminds me of Keanu Reeves in coolness and niceness and tallness. And who doesn't want Neo working on their leather goods? lolol
