Incredible customer service. Didn't think I would be able to have my dress done with such short notice but they made it happen and with a smile. I will be using them for all of my dry cleaning needs in the future. Thank you so much!

Unfortunately my wedding dress was damaged through these services. Bottom of my dress was actually returned ripped… most sparkle detailing came off (i travelled with this dress out of country and back hardly losing any and there was no dirt or staining on any of the dress except the bottom so I’m not even sure why so much was removed) and what was left on the dress was clumped together and appeared melted. They hung my dress up by the actual straps instead of the hanging straps so they are now over worked. Train of the dress was safety pinned up to the back causing the back of the dress to warp shape due to how heavy the train was and of course unnecessary holes in the dress.
The staff were nice and the dress is not dirty at the bottom anymore but the lack of care and proper handling of the dress is extremely disappointing. I almost cried when i got home and looked at it. Not really sure what to do now as i need to wear the dress again
