Horrible experience - do not go there!!! I brought $200 boots in to get a new 8" zipper on them. No word for 3 weeks so I stopped by to pick up. My boots were damaged, had the wrong coloured zippers and he wanted $110 (even though a friend got 12" zippers on her boots and paid $75). They didn't take responsibility for damage, nor did they offer to reduce the price. I wasn't given my boots back. Soraya's alterations is also owned by this guy so beware!!

Definitely forget about this site. They are scammers, liars and rude. They do not return your money for their poorly done work and they do not return what you have taken to repair if you are not willing to pay even letting them know that it is not what you had asked for. Without a doubt, the worst place. Do yourself a favor and look anywhere else but this one; definitely not!

Owner quoted a price and when I went to pick up he added a lot more money to the quote and argued with me that that was the quote! Totally dishonest! His work was also poor I would never give him business again!

Not impressed. Replacement sole was misaligned at the heel, which should have been obvious to the cobler the moment he put it on. It left a tab that regularly caught on things à nd eventually pulled the sole away. He trimmed the tab and reglued the sole but not well. Every time I step on it, it makes a squishy noise. Not going back.
